Your Role in a Snapshot:

Driving occupancy, revenue growth, and sales excellence across a multi-site retirement living portfolio.

The Sales & Revenue Performance Specialist supports Prima Living Senior’s Communities by improving sales performance, strengthening CRM execution, and coaching residence-based teams. Acting as a field-based extension of the National Director, this role partners with Executive Directors and sales teams to enhance conversion, build capability, and ensure consistent execution of sales standards across all communities.

This is a hands-on, travel-based role focused on performance improvement, training, and operational support in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.

 

Location: Ontario (Field-based; regular travel required)
Compensation: $90,000 – $100,000 + performance bonus
Job Type: Full-Time


Your Day to Day:

  • Support occupancy and revenue growth across multiple residences
  • Coach and support Lifestyle Consultants and leadership teams on sales performance
  • Assist with sales planning, occupancy strategies, and quarterly business reviews
  • Monitor KPIs (inquiries, tours, deposits, move-ins, pipeline performance)
  • Support CRM adoption, compliance, and optimization
  • Identify performance gaps and support improvement plans
  • Deliver onboarding, training, and ongoing sales coaching (onsite and virtual)
  • Support competitive analysis and market positioning
  • Strengthen inquiry management, follow-up, and conversion practices
  • Support business development and referral partnerships
  • Participate in recruitment, onboarding, and team development
  • Provide regular onsite support across residences (min. 3 days/week travel)

What You Bring to the Table:

  • 5+ years in sales, business development, occupancy, or performance-driven roles
  • Experience in senior living or multi-site environments preferred
  • Strong understanding of CRM systems, KPIs, and sales processes
  • Proven ability to coach, train, and influence teams
  • Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret performance data
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM platforms
  • Valid Ontario driver’s license and ability to travel regularly
