Key Responsibilities:

Act as the primary contact for campus finance questions and issues, providing guidance on finance policies and procedures.

Respond to campus inquiries in a timely and professional manner, ensuring a high level of customer service.

Perform complex reconciliations and assist campuses in resolving financial discrepancies.

Oversee finance functions such as month-end closings, deposits, accounts receivable, refunds, and adjustments.

Continuously assess and improve campus finance processes and ensure all forms and documentation are up to date.

Coach and support campus teams in performing finance-related tasks and maintaining compliance.

Monitor financial transactions for accuracy and timely processing.

Ensure adherence to internal policies and external financial regulations.

Prepare and analyze monthly financial reports related to Student Finance Operations.

Conduct weekly FNSR meetings with Student Financial Planners and implement training initiatives as needed.

Support the Regional Director of Operations and compliance activities.

Monitor the student loan portal as required and ensure accurate processing.

Provide assistance with OSAP applications and offer support to students navigating the OSAP process.

Complete administrative duties and assist with special projects as assigned.
Qualifications:

Diploma or degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.

Minimum 2–3 years of experience in a fast-paced, service-oriented environment, preferably within finance or accounting.

Hands-on experience with OSAP applications and student financial support is required.
Skills and Abilities:

Solid understanding of financial regulations and accounting principles.

Proficient in Microsoft Excel; strong data entry and analytical skills.

Highly organized and capable of managing multiple priorities and deadlines.

Professional written and verbal communication skills.

Customer-focused with a proactive and collaborative approach.

Ability to work independently and exercise sound judgment.

Familiarity with college operations and administrative processes is considered an asset.
