The Operations Coordinator plays a key role in supporting the Regional Vice President of Operations and the team by ensuring efficient scheduling, administrative support, and operational coordination to meet business objectives.

 

Main Responsibilities:

  • Schedule & Travel Management: Organize and coordinate appointments, meetings, business travel, accommodations, and itineraries; manage calendars to optimize time and resources.
  • Administrative Support: Draft, edit, and manage correspondence, reports, contracts, and confidential documents; assist with meeting minutes, project support, and event coordination.
  • Reporting & Analysis: Assist in preparing and analyzing reports including budgets, sales leads, and student data, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Communication & Coordination: Screen and prioritize communications; collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth workflow and timely follow-up on issues.
  • Office Operations: Maintain organized filing systems (digital and paper), perform clerical tasks such as photocopying and scanning, provide reception support, and recommend improvements to operational processes.

 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor degree, or related experience.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in project management, office administration, or business operations.
  • Bilingual in French and English with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and comfortable with data analysis and report interpretation.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
  • High level of professionalism, discretion, and ability to handle confidential information.
  • Ability to work independently, demonstrate sound judgment, and maintain attention to detail.
