Position: Career Services Coordinator
Location: CDI Missisauga, ON
Compensation: $48,000 Annually + Benefits
Job Type: On going, Full-time
Work Type: Onsite
Work Timings: Regular Office hours
Expected Start Date: ASAP
Your Day to Day
Specifically, the Career Services Coordinator will be responsible for:
- Contributing to and monitoring the quality of the student academic experience
- Supporting the administrative functions of the campus to enhance the student experience
- Acting in a manner that upholds the College’s standards
- Performing other related duties as required
What You Bring to the Table
Education and Experience
- Degree or diploma in a related field
- Experience in Talent Aqcuisition
- One to three years of office experience in a service-oriented, fast-paced environment
- Experience in a Private Career College environment and event preparation will be considered an asset
Skills and Abilities
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Experience training or coaching people to prepare resumes and to be ready for job interviews
- Solid working knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) with ability to troubleshoot minor computer issues
- Excellent organizational skills with ability to multi-task
- Ability to complete work in a timely manner with accuracy and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently with minimum supervision
