Position Title: Sustainable Business Development Instructor
Position Location: Hybrid/Remote
Compensation: $29/hour
Employment Type: Part-Time
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging instruction based on the course curriculum and learning objectives.
- Prepare lesson plans, teaching materials, assignments, and exams.
- Evaluate student performance and provide timely, constructive feedback.
- Maintain accurate attendance, grades, and student progress records.
- Support students and promote a positive, respectful learning environment.
- Update course materials and contribute to curriculum development.
- Communicate with the Campus Director regarding student progress or concerns.
- Participate in campus activities, meetings, orientations, and graduations.
- Collaborate with administration and other instructors.
- Substitute for instructors when required.
- Monitor and support students during practicum or clinical placements, when applicable.
- Follow all College policies, procedures, and professional standards.
Qualifications
- Degree or diploma in Business, Marketing, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant industry experience.
- Equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
- Adult education certification is an asset.
- Strong communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
- Knowledge of current industry practices and commitment to professional development.
- Ability to create an engaging and supportive learning environment.
