Position Summary
The Instructor is responsible for delivering course content, supporting student learning, and contributing to curriculum development in alignment with institutional standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging instruction based on curriculum objectives.
- Prepare lesson plans and update course materials as needed.
- Monitor student progress and provide constructive feedback.
- Maintain accurate records, including attendance and grades.
- Collaborate with staff and participate in meetings and evaluations.
- Report issues or concerns to the Campus Director.
- Uphold institutional policies and demonstrate professionalism.
- Stay current in subject matter and engage in ongoing development.
Location: CDI College – Scarborough
Compensation: $25 – $30 per hour
Job Type: Ongoing Full-Time
Shift: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM
Start Date: As soon as possible
Qualifications
- Degree, diploma, or certification from a recognized institution.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant industry experience.
- Prior teaching experience preferred.
- Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
