Clinic Supervisor – Registered Massage Therapy (RMT) Program
Location: CDI College – South Surrey
Employment Type: Casual, Part-Time
Start Date: ASAP
Salary Range: $38–$40 per hour
About the Role
CDI College is seeking a dedicated Clinic Supervisor to support student learning and success in the Registered Massage Therapy (RMT) program. In this role, you will supervise students during their clinical placements, evaluate their performance, and uphold college standards while fostering a supportive, professional environment. This is a casual, part-time position based on campus.
Key Responsibilities
1. Clinical Supervision & Student Support

Deliver practical instruction and supervision aligned with practicum objectives outlined in the RMT curriculum.

Monitor student progress and provide guidance throughout clinical placements.

Maintain ongoing communication with host organizations to ensure expectations are met and address emerging concerns.

Notify the Campus Director of any significant issues or changes during the clinical module.
2. Student Evaluation

Develop fair and consistent evaluation methods that accurately reflect student progress.

Provide meaningful and timely feedback on assignments and practical work.

Discuss student performance individually or in groups, as appropriate.

Maintain accurate records and submit final grades in accordance with college guidelines.

Demonstrate empathy and understanding toward individual student needs and circumstances.
3. Administrative Support

Collaborate with administrative staff and fellow RMT Clinic Supervisors.

Complete and submit required documentation (e.g., forms, records, attendance) promptly.

Participate in teaching evaluations and performance reviews.
4. Upholding College Standards

Maintain a high level of professionalism, integrity, and respect in all interactions.

Adhere to CDI College’s policies and procedures at all times.

Report incidents of academic dishonesty and assist with appropriate follow-up actions.

Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills with students, faculty, and staff.

Perform other duties as assigned to support the goals of the program and the College.
Qualifications
-
Registered Massage Therapist in good standing with the CMTBC.

Experience in a clinical or teaching/supervisory setting preferred.

Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
