Clinical Coordinator – Registered Massage Therapy (RMT) Program
Location: CDI College – South Surrey, BC
Job Type: Part time to Full-Time, Permanent
Compensation: $45–$50 per hour
About the Role
CDI College is seeking a passionate and organized Clinical Coordinator to lead the hands-on, clinical component of our Registered Massage Therapy (RMT) program. This is a key leadership role responsible for clinic operations, student support, and ensuring compliance with CMTBC curriculum standards.

What You'll Do
Clinic & Outreach Coordination

Develop and manage clinic and outreach schedules for all students.

Maintain the master schedule using Clinic Essentials or similar software.

Oversee clinic administration and operations including staffing, supervision, and logistics.

Launch and assess new outreach opportunities in collaboration with the RMT Program Coordinator.
Instructor & Student Support

Provide clinic orientation and handbook to new instructors and students.

Support instructors with tools, guidance, and resources to deliver effective clinical instruction.

Monitor student progress and provide individualized coaching and feedback.

Foster a supportive and professional clinical learning environment.
Reporting & Compliance

Submit weekly reports and term-end summaries to the RMT Program Coordinator.

Track and report clinic hours, credits, and student performance evaluations.

Ensure compliance with CMTBC standards, including:

Occupational Competency Profile

Guidelines for Foundational Knowledge in Massage Therapy Programs

Basis of Accreditation for Educational Programs

Quality & Continuous Improvement

Maintain and enhance clinic curriculum and instructional standards.

Stay up to date with RMT industry regulations and best practices.

Manage clinic supplies, equipment, and teaching resources.
What You Bring
Qualifications
-
Registered massage therapist in good standing (CMTBC or equivalent).

Minimum 5 years of hands-on clinical experience.

Previous instructional or supervisory experience preferred.

Familiarity with CMTBC educational and accreditation standards.

Additional Requirements
