The Instructor plays a vital role in fostering the academic success of students and supporting the College’s mission. Under general supervision, the Instructor is responsible for delivering high-quality instruction and promoting effective student learning in alignment with the approved curriculum. This role requires a commitment to student engagement, academic excellence, and professional integrity.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging and effective instruction that aligns with course and program objectives.
- Evaluate student performance fairly, consistently, and in accordance with college policies.
- Contribute to the development and continuous improvement of curriculum and teaching materials.
- Support campus administrative functions to enhance the overall student experience.
- Uphold the College's academic and professional standards in all interactions.
- Participate in program and college-wide activities, meetings, and initiatives.
- Supervise and assess students during practicum and/or clinical placements, as applicable.
Essential Qualifications
- Degree or diploma in Supply Chain Management or a related discipline from a recognized institution.
- Minimum of three (3) years of professional experience in a related field, or an equivalent combination of industry and teaching experience.
- Experience teaching or training adults is an asset.
