Bilingual Call Center Specialist (Part-Time)
Location: New Westminster, BC
Pay: $19/hour
Schedule: Part-Time (Two Shift Options Available)

 

Are you a customer service professional who’s fluent in both English and French? Join our team as a Bilingual Call Center Specialist and become the friendly first point of contact for prospective and current clients. In this part-time role, you'll represent the College with professionalism, help connect callers with the right resources, and support our appointment setting team—all while working in a supportive, goal-driven environment.

Shift Options:

  • Morning Shift: 5:00 AM – 1:30 PM

  • Afternoon Shift: 11:30 AM – 8:00 PM
    Candidates must be available for at least one of these shifts.

What You’ll Do:

  • Answer inbound calls and provide exceptional customer service in English and French

  • Identify sales opportunities and direct calls to the appropriate departments

  • Assist with booking appointments for prospective students

  • Follow call center scripts and use tools to meet performance goals

  • Maintain accurate records of calls and activity logs

  • Support your teammates and contribute to a positive team environment

What You Bring:

  • Fluency in English and French (spoken and written)

  • At least 2 years of call center experience (education/recruitment sector preferred)

  • High school diploma

  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills

  • Ability to stay organized and multitask in a fast-paced setting

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with Five9 software is a plus

  • A positive attitude and a commitment to ethical, professional service
