We are happy to say that we are looking for a “Director of Operations” to join us at Primacorp Ventures.
As Director of Operations, you will lead and support Campus Directors, oversee daily operations, monitor performance, and drive growth while ensuring operational excellence.
Position: Director of Operations
Job Type: Full-time, Onsite
Location: British Columbia / Alberta
Reports to: President of education division
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM (with flexibility)
Salary Range: $90,000 – $115,000 per year

The Director of Operations will be responsible for the following related duties as assigned:
- Overseeing the overall operation of multiple campuses
- Participating in the development, implementation and monitoring of corporate and regional initiatives for the achievement of college financial sales/service, and educational objectives
- Managing Key Performance Indicators and ensuring that action plans are in place that align and support the Company’s Mission, Vision and Values
- Providing motivation and guidance to the Admissions Department to achieve sales targets
- Advising and acting on Budget and Variance reports
- Ensuring student retention and placement rates meet expected company standards
- Regularly facilitating meetings and communicating information with Campus Directors and staff as appropriate
- Ensuring internal procedures, regulatory requirements and security controls are in place and adhered to taking corrective action as necessary
- Providing advice, guidance and direction to Campus Directors; approving staffing decisions including hiring, salary, performance evaluation, discipline and terminations
- Analyzing, evaluating and recommending course of action to address business issues
- Working with management in regards to recruitment and other operational issues for assigned new campuses
- Analyzing and providing financial oversight to Campus Directors and Director of Strategy and Business Development to achieve budget and fiscal targets
- Communicating and reporting to Director of Strategy and Business Development on all items that affect or impact operational performance
- Implementing and evaluating action plans to support the strategic objectives of the Career College Division

- Bachelor’s in Business Administration or Education.
- 5+ years in educational operations or equivalent experience.

- Self-driven with excellent organizational & multitasking abilities.

Other Requirements:
- Willingness to work extra hours as needed.
- Frequent travel; valid driver’s license required.
