  • Practicum Delivery: Oversee regional processes to ensure all eligible students receive timely, high-quality practicum placements that align with their program requirements and career goals.

  • Team Leadership & Performance: Lead, train, and mentor campus-level Career Services personnel to consistently achieve graduate placement targets aligned with organizational standards and regulatory compliance.

  • Strategic Planning: Develop and execute regional strategies for employer engagement, talent acquisition partnerships, and graduate employment opportunities.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with Academic Affairs, Admissions, and Finance teams to streamline student pathways from enrollment to graduation and employment.

  • Data & Metrics Tracking: Monitor, analyze, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) including event engagement, practicum completion rates, graduate employment metrics, and employer retention.

  • Operational Excellence: Review, optimize, and maintain departmental policies and workflows to improve service delivery across all designated campuses.
