Position Title: Regional Program Coordinator, Registered Massage Therapy (RMT)
Location: Greater Vancouver Region (Hybrid – campus base closest to candidate’s home)
Start Date: ASAP
Salary Range: $100,000–$130,000 per year
Employment Type: Full-Time, Permanent
About the Role
We are seeking a passionate and experienced leader to join our team as the Regional Program Coordinator for our Registered Massage Therapy (RMT) program. This is a hybrid position based in the Greater Vancouver region, with the successful candidate assigned to the campus closest to their home.
As the academic lead for the RMT program, you’ll oversee program quality and instructional delivery while managing faculty and building strong ties within the RMT community. Your role will be critical in upholding compliance with regulatory bodies such as PTIRU and CMTCA, and ensuring our students receive the highest standard of education and professional preparation.
What You’ll Do

Ensure academic quality meets internal standards and external accrediting bodies (PTIRU, CMTCA)

Oversee and evaluate program delivery and curriculum execution across assigned campuses

Hire, onboard, and supervise academic, clinical, and support staff

Lead performance reviews for all program instructors and ensure credential compliance

Develop the master course schedule in collaboration with instructional teams

Collaborate with:

Regional Director of Operations to track KPIs and meet enrollment goals

National Academic Director to monitor graduation rates, exam outcomes, job placements, and attrition

Organize and lead instructor meetings focused on curriculum, scheduling, and quality

Maintain accurate course documentation, outlines, and assessments

Drive continuous program improvement through curriculum reviews, evaluation analysis, and accreditation compliance

Represent the College within the broader RMT community, fostering professional networks

Deliver instruction occasionally, as needed

Perform other duties as required to support student and institutional success
What You Bring
Education & Credentials
-
Licensed Registered Massage Therapist (RMT) and/or a Master’s degree in a related discipline
-
5+ years of progressive experience in education and/or clinical practice

Experience teaching in clinical or classroom environments
Skills & Competencies

Strong leadership and team management abilities
-
Advanced communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to analyze data and prepare reports for quality improvement

Familiarity with accreditation standards (PTIRU, CMTCA)

Skilled in using scientific databases (e.g., CINHAL) for curriculum and research support

Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of prioritizing multiple tasks effectively

Experience designing and delivering professional development workshops an asset
