Location: 960 Quayside Dr #300, New Westminster, BC V3M 6G2
Type: Full-time, Permanent
Work Hours: 40 hours/week, flexible as per business needs (able to work in different time zone and flexible hours)
Start Date: ASAP
Salary: $50,000 - $55,000 per annum + comprehensive benefits
Must Have: Strong aptitude and experience using MS Office Suite, SharePoint and Adobe Acrobat
What will you do?
- Assist in the planning and execution of operational projects and initiatives.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute ideas for increased efficiency.
- Work closely with with higher level management to implement and streamline operational procedures.
- Prepare and review operational documents, including manuals and standard operating procedures.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless operations.
- Efficient management of documentation through our in-house database portal.
- Prepare, review, and interpret reports for management use.
- Active participation in operations meetings, and support during quarterly/annual audits are also crucial aspects of this role.
The assistant will undertake other related duties as assigned to align with the business objectives and purpose of the Company.

To be successful in the Operations Assistant position, individuals must be committed to developing, maintaining and demonstrating the following:
Education and Experience:
- An undergraduate degree in business administration, commerce, marketing or related discipline, and 2 years related work experience in Office Administration or Business Operations; OR
- Minimum 8 years related work experience in Office Administration or Business Operations
Skills and Abilities:
- Flexible and adaptable, with the ability to handle change in priorities and task urgency.
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, SharePoint
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to build and cultivate internal and external relationships with stakeholders
- Ability to work independently and apply independent judgement
- Strong organization and attention to detail.
- Demonstrates experience in producing high-quality and error and omission-free deliverables within tight deadlines.
