Title: Operations Coordinator (1-year Contract Position)
Are you ready to join a dynamic team and make a meaningful impact? We're seeking a detail-oriented and organized professional to support our Marketing Operations Manager and ensure seamless day-to-day operations. If you thrive on coordination, communication, and strategic project management, this role is for you!
What You'll Do:

Support the Marketing team with daily tasks, ensuring reports are meticulously prepared and reviewed with attention to detail and accuracy.

Coordinate and manage projects, including planning, logistics, ordering marketing materials, and tracking deadlines.

Prepare for meetings by delivering comprehensive notes and background information, and ensure everything runs smoothly.

Serve as the main contact for internal teams, external stakeholders, and vendors.

Negotiate with suppliers to secure the best prices and services.

Drive project management initiatives, managing tasks, processing orders, and ensuring critical timelines are met.

Manage all payment processing and invoice transactions for the Marketing department

Implement effective follow-ups with various teams to consistently meet operational goals.

Draft and refine documents, including confidential correspondence, contracts, and proposals.

Record and distribute meeting minutes accurately and promptly.

Maintain a digital filing system that ensures fast and easy access to information.

Screen communications, respond thoughtfully, and prioritize incoming concerns.

Collaborate with other departments to coordinate activities, requests, and project tasks.

Support ad-hoc projects and events with proactive operations assistance.

Enhance operational efficiency by evaluating and improving processes.
Why You?
Education & Experience:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Economics, or a related field.

At least 2 years of progressive experience in the Education Industry, Project Management, or Education Operations.
Skills & Abilities:

Exceptional oral and written communication skills, including proficiency in business writing and group facilitation.

Highly adaptable and organized, with the ability to juggle changing priorities and urgent tasks.

Strong analytical skills with experience in budget and data analysis.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Outstanding interpersonal skills to foster strong relationships with stakeholders.

Independent decision-making ability and meticulous attention to detail.

Reliable transportation for commuting within the Lower Mainland.
