Location: 110-601 4 Ave South Lethbridge, AB T1J 0N6 
Compensation: $35,000- $39,000
Job Type: Full-time | Onsite | Weekends Required

About the Role

The Receptionist is the first point of contact for students, faculty, staff, and visitors, helping create a welcoming, organized, and professional campus environment. This role supports front desk operations and provides administrative assistance to ensure smooth day-to-day campus activities.

Your Day-to-Day

• Greet students, staff, and visitors; answer phones and respond to general inquiries

• Maintain a welcoming, secure, and professional front desk area

• Provide administrative support to campus departments and staff

• Assist with scheduling, events, and campus communications

• Maintain records, visitor logs, and basic filing systems

• Monitor office supplies and coordinate restocking as needed

• Uphold confidentiality, professionalism, and campus policies

What You Bring to the Table

• High school diploma or equivalent

• 1–3 years of experience in reception, administration, or customer service

• Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general office equipment

• Experience in an educational or student-focused environment is an asset
