Position: Campus Director
Reporting to: Regional Director
Hours: Full Time - Onsite
Location: Greater Vancouver, BC.
Salary Range: $70,000 to $90,000 Annually + Bonus
Your Day to Day:
The Campus Director will be responsible for:
- Admissions: Achieving enrollment and retention goals within specified guidelines.
- Student and Program Management: Ensuring a high-quality student experience.
- Financial Management: Monitoring and analyzing campus performance data to address issues promptly.
- Staff Responsibilities: Leading instructors and staff to support student success.
- Academics & Compliance: Ensuring compliance with regulatory bodies, government agencies, policies, and procedures.
- College Standards: Acting in a way that upholds the College's standards.
- Other Duties: Performing additional responsibilities as required.
What You Bring to the Table:
- Education: Completion of a post-secondary degree (Master’s degree preferred).
- Experience: Minimum five years in an operations management role with exposure to business development and sales. Private post-secondary experience is an asset.
- Skills: Advanced communication, leadership, and numeracy skills, including budget preparation and financial analysis.
- Technical Knowledge: Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

- Strong presentation, group facilitation, and business writing skills.
- Proven ability to lead, support, and motivate team members.
- Experience in managing budgets, interpreting financial reports, and conducting complex analyses.
- Ability to maintain effective relationships with diverse groups and stakeholders.
