What You'll Do:

As a Clinical Instructor, you will:

• Teach and mentor students in clinical settings, ensuring they meet program objectives and learning outcomes.

• Deliver engaging and practical instruction aligned with the curriculum.

• Monitor and evaluate student performance, providing constructive feedback.

• Facilitate skill-building in areas such as post-operative care, IV therapy, focused assessments, and acute care procedures.

• Guide students through clinical practice, ensuring safety and adherence to clinical standards.

• Collaborate with college staff to continuously improve curriculum and the student experience.

What We’re Looking For:

• Qualifications: Active BCCNM license (LPN or RN) and a degree or diploma in a related field.

• Experience: Minimum three years of recent full-time experience in acute care is required.

• Teaching Mindset: A credential in adult education (or willingness to pursue the PID certification) is required.

• Clinical Expertise: Strong understanding of acute and chronic illness management, surgical wound care, and IV therapy.

• Team Player: A commitment to upholding college standards and contributing to program development.

Preferred Qualifications (Bonus Points):

• Previous teaching or instructional experience.

• Interest in innovative teaching methods and multi-modal education approaches.
