What You'll Do:
As a Clinical Instructor, you will:

Teach and mentor students in clinical settings, ensuring they meet program objectives and learning outcomes.

Deliver engaging and practical instruction aligned with the curriculum.

Monitor and evaluate student performance, providing constructive feedback.

Facilitate skill-building in areas such as post-operative care, IV therapy, focused assessments, and acute care procedures.

Guide students through clinical practice, ensuring safety and adherence to clinical standards.

Collaborate with college staff to continuously improve curriculum and the student experience.
What We’re Looking For:

Qualifications: Active BCCNM license (LPN or RN) and a degree or diploma in a related field.

Experience: Minimum three years of recent full-time experience in acute care is required.

Teaching Mindset: A credential in adult education (or willingness to pursue the PID certification) is required.

Clinical Expertise: Strong understanding of acute and chronic illness management, surgical wound care, and IV therapy.

Team Player: A commitment to upholding college standards and contributing to program development.
Preferred Qualifications (Bonus Points):

Previous teaching or instructional experience.
