Compensation: $42,000 – $43,000 Annually + Benefits

Your Role
As the Student Services Coordinator at our Vancouver campus, you will be the primary point of contact for our student body, ensuring they have the support and resources needed to succeed academically and professionally. You will balance administrative excellence with a student-first approach to maintain the vibrant, fast-paced environment that defines our college.
Your Day-to-Day

Student Experience: Proactively monitor and enhance the student academic experience by providing consistent support, guidance, and problem-solving.

Campus Administration: Manage daily administrative functions that keep our campus operations running smoothly and efficiently.

Standard Compliance: Uphold and promote the college’s core values, professional standards, and student code of conduct.

Collaborative Support: Partner with faculty and campus leadership to execute initiatives that improve student retention and satisfaction.
What You Bring
Education & Experience

Diploma or degree in a related field is preferred.

1–3 years of office experience, ideally within a service-oriented, fast-paced environment.

Prior experience in a Private Career College setting is a distinct asset.
Skills & Abilities

Communication: Exceptional interpersonal skills with a knack for building rapport with a diverse student population.

Tech Proficiency: Solid working knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). Ability to troubleshoot minor hardware or software issues independently.

Organization: Proven ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously without compromising accuracy or attention to detail.

Autonomy: A self-starter mentality with the ability to manage your daily tasks effectively with minimal supervision.
