Position Overview:

The Graphic Designer will support the marketing team in the development, execution, and production of creative assets across a wide range of media. The primary objective of this role is to produce visually compelling designs that enhance the brand identity and marketing efforts of the company’s various platforms and initiatives.

 

Key Responsibilities:

The Graphic Designer will be responsible for, but not limited to, the following:

  • Design and produce in-house sales collateral and advertising materials.
  • Manage production and timelines for various marketing assets including brochures, websites, landing pages, web banners, logos, promotional displays, and outdoor signage.
  • Coordinate with vendors and manage print production to ensure the timely delivery of materials.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure brand consistency across all visual communications.
  • Provide support with day-to-day business tasks and other related duties as assigned.

 

Qualifications:

Education & Experience:

  • Diploma, degree, or certificate in Graphic Design or a related field.
  • Minimum of two (2) years of professional experience in a graphic design role, supported by a strong portfolio.
  • Equivalent combinations of education and relevant experience may be considered.

 

Technical Skills:

  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, specifically Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
  • Working knowledge of HTML and Adobe Dreamweaver is strongly preferred.

 

Core Competencies:

  • Strong design sense with attention to detail and visual consistency.
  • Excellent time management and project coordination skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Knowledge of printing processes and best practices is an asset.
