Job Details

• Campus: VaCC Vancouver

• Status: Ongoing, Part-Time, Hybrid

• Start Date: December 1st, 2025

• Hours: Monday to Friday, 5:00 PM – 9:00 PM

• Salary: $30 per hour

Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging instruction aligned with curriculum and program objectives

• Evaluate student performance fairly and consistently

• Contribute to curriculum and instructional material development

• Support campus administrative functions to enhance the student experience

• Uphold college standards in all academic and professional interactions

• Participate in college and program activities

• Monitor and review student progress during practicum and/or clinical placements (as applicable)

What You Bring

• Law degree or diploma from a recognized post-secondary institution in law or legal administration

• Minimum of 3 years of related professional experience, including at least 2 years of practical experience

• Minimum of 1 year of instructional experience or a certificate in adult learning (preferred)

• Interest in innovative teaching and multi-modal learning approaches

• Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills

• Ability to motivate and inspire students in a professional learning environment

• Collaborative approach and commitment to quality education

• Sensitivity to student needs, with the ability to provide constructive feedback and equitable support

• Comfort with technology to enhance learning experiences
