Hours: Monday to Friday, 5:00 PM – 9:00 PM

Salary: $30 per hour
Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities

Deliver engaging instruction aligned with curriculum and program objectives

Evaluate student performance fairly and consistently
-
Contribute to curriculum and instructional material development

Support campus administrative functions to enhance the student experience

Uphold college standards in all academic and professional interactions

Participate in college and program activities
-
Monitor and review student progress during practicum and/or clinical placements (as applicable)
What You Bring
-
Law degree or diploma from a recognized post-secondary institution in law or legal administration
-
Minimum of 3 years of related professional experience, including at least 2 years of practical experience

Minimum of 1 year of instructional experience or a certificate in adult learning (preferred)

Interest in innovative teaching and multi-modal learning approaches

Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills

Ability to motivate and inspire students in a professional learning environment

Collaborative approach and commitment to quality education

Sensitivity to student needs, with the ability to provide constructive feedback and equitable support

Comfort with technology to enhance learning experiences
